Very clean rooms, new furniture and hotel in general is wonderful. nice hospitality in the reception (flavoured iced water and Arabic coffee free all the time). Beds are very comfortable. Room service is responsive and nice people. For such price, It's really really recommended.

The staff is exceptional, the hotel is new and comfortable. -The Lady at the front desk was extraordinary, could speak fluent English, and went out of the way to help me with luggage storage (I even prayed for her at Haram) which made my stay extra-ordinary. Thank you very much. -Initially, I mistakenly took uber to another location of wirgan al noor (which was on google), the security officer Ahmed say this and personally took me in his car to wirgan alazizah. Best stay aware thanks to the professional Lady at reception and Ahmed, thank you, and see you InshAllah next time I am in Makkah.

It was so good I added another night, the rooms is spacious, cleaning is done thoroughly. I will definitely stay here again. Stay at this hotel you will not regret it! There’s a mosque in the same street, the mosque Al Harram is not even 10mins by taxi or shuttle. Staff is very friendly, thank you for everything!!!

Forget to mention the two lovely gentleman in the lobby, The first is a coffee cup presenter and he was kind and the second is a perfumer . Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and handled with great professionalism. Special thanks to the reception staff who facilitated our check-in smoothly, though we regret not remembering his name. The suite exceeded our expectations—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable furnishings and excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful stay. Housekeeping services were impeccable, maintaining the highest standards throughout our visit.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with bright and airy rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were very attentive and ensured a pleasant experience throughout the stay. The shuttle bus service was frequent and reliable, with friendly drivers—especially Abdul Hamid, the Egyptian driver, who stood out for his kindness. The large, air-conditioned coach added to the comfort of the service. Overall, the experience felt more like a 5-star hotel than a 4-star, which is rare in foreign countries when compared to UK hotel star ratings

The room was very clean, free parking, excellent air conditioner, comfortable bed, the breakfast is good, Al-Haram buses service, the hotel location. The room I took had a view of the sunrise; it was beautiful to see the sun rising from the mountain.
